Freight management system
Our freight management system supports various ways of invoicing formats and rate brackets. We check and audit supplier bills and can invoice you in various ways, from cost-plus pricing to one consolidated invoice per period.
By use of return authorisation, we manage commercial returns and returns of rejected or defective goods. Once received, we can test or repack the goods for sale or segregate them for repair, reconditioning or recycling. We can manage disposal services upon request ensuring both CSR and environmental standards are met.
We offer short-term storage and consolidation of shipments for delivery at our cross-docking locations. Goods for a specific order are placed in the cross-docking area awaiting the arrival of other shipments for the same order before they are all consolidated and prepared for delivery.
We offer all kinds of tailored web-based management reporting: KPI reporting on quality, volumes as well as costs and business intelligence (BI) reports on volume trends, shipment sizes and patterns.
